Perfect coffee maker

This is one of the best investments I’ve made as a coffee addict. The Vertuo Plus makes perfect, delicious coffee and espresso. I’ve basically eliminated my morning coffee shop stops because of how easy it is to make lattes and other speciality drinks.

Elegant machine with superb coffee

I absolutely love this machine. You get such high-quality coffee with such convenience. The domed model looks so good and the lid lifts up and down automatically when you press the silver edge giving it a very premium feel. I use it every single day and love trying all the new flavors!

I loved this machine. It's practical, beautiful, and compact. However, the pods are a bit expensive, it was a bit of a journey to descale, I had to get the manual all the time to follow the steps because I didn't remember. The coffee itself was really good. I found one with the intensity that I like. However, I would love to have more options, not just coffee, like a cappuccino, latte, i don't know. So, pros and cons.

Don't Get Basic Gray!

I'm shocked at how ugly the basic gray is compared to the picture...in realy life, it's amazingly cheap looking plastic.
Brews fine, but I don't like the automatic open/close feature...just one more thing that can break.
I'm going to return this, and buy something else.

2years and going strong!

I've had this machine for 2 years and I love it! Have had no problems, I also only use bottled water though. No tap so I don't have to deal with the hard water concerns. The model below this however my mom has had issues, like leaking. She regrets not paying more for this model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This coffee machine is durable and I’ve had it for a few years. I love how easy it is to use and cleaning it is a breeze. The coffee quality tastes great and I love the variety of flavors available and how fast it brews my coffee. A+ machine!

Purchased for a Christmas gift for my husband. Although it has been convenient it's very expensive for the pods. The coffee is great.
Starbucks brand is the only type available at the stores.
