I wish I could rate this product 0 stars. This is the worst coffee pot I have ever owned. On to the second one and had to ship it back to Nespresso and still isn’t working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this coffee machine! Makes my coffee on time and perfect everything time! Definitely worth my money I always recommend it everyone and it has never disappointed! Not only does it do great with my coffee but it also looks nice and gives my home an aesthetic! Easy to clean and to use!

The quality and aesthetic of the machine and coffee pods is amazing. I just wish it was easier to clean and that the pods were cheaper. However, it is somewhat worth it for the taste.

It has design problems

I'm going to start by saying I got this machine as a gift thankfully because I would have been very mad in I had paid the full price for this.
Good: It's a convenient way of making coffee not gonna lie, it's really nice to be able to try different types of coffee whenever plus Nespresso's coffees are really good.
Cons: the pods are quite frankly on the expensive side, the machine is unreliable, half on the time I want a coffee it has some sort of error and does not work, and this brings me to the worst problem which is design based, the only way tp get feedback from the machine is from the led light on the button which may look very aesthetic but sucks because you find yourself trying to diagnose an error code which is a light blinking orange twice and it can be one of like 10 different things, so finding the actual problem can be tedious.
I would not recommend this machine for the price.
