Died right after warranty ends

I purchased this machine 15 months ago. It’s used once per day. This morning it died. Nespresso offered me the 35% discount, but everything in their website is 30% off. Reading today, I see that many other individuals who purchased machines at the same time as me had this issue. Won’t purchase this machine again, but will co aider others.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle weekly through your machine to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. I love the design. Very easy to clean. Love my coffee. A little expensive but it was for sure worth the price. Love Love my nesspresso with my colombian coffee

Best coffee I’ve ever had.

Nespresso has changed coffee for me. I no longer need to go get take out coffee or sit in a coffee shop. My coffee and espressos at home are amazing. I love the milk frother it comes with to make perfect lattes at home. Definitely is better than my hand frother. Cleaning the machine is a breeze. The cost of the pods really isn’t that bad compared to a latte from the coffee shop! So easy to make espresso!

Choose a different model!

Bought this model a few years ago. When it died about 4 months later they sent a new one under our warranty. Then the new one died about 11 months later. They were still willing to honor the warranty on that one. The person who helped us subtley suggested we get another model and they'd give it to us for the same price even though it was more expensive. So now we've had the upgraded model for well over a year and it is still going strong. I can't believe they are still selling this horrible model. It looks great and had good features. They just need to put different insides into the nice outside.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best coffee machine I’ve ever had!! It’s so easy to clean out and the design is so good it doesn’t look like clutter. You have different brewing options so you can make whatever you fancy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad I picked this machine. I spent a lot of time looking at Nespresso machines, not sure which one to get. Well I am delighted with my purchase. It is a great fit in my kitchen corner and it looks fabulous with my frother and nespresso coffee storage container on either side of it

Love the taste the coffee has and with the frothed it made me feel like I was a professional barista! The bundle is worth the money and I think it’s worth it!!!! Lasted 3 years until my packers broke it ): definitely recommend as a first Nespresso purchase

Do Not Buy!!!!

I bought this machine about 1 1/2 years ago and now it won't power on. After troubleshooting via video call with Nespresso, it was determined that it was dead. They offered me a 35% discount on another Vertuo Plus, which would equate to only a 5% discount (because they are on sale on the website for 30% off). This is very disappointing because I loved the taste of the coffee. This was an expensive machine and should have lasted for years longer! This seems to be a known issue. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased the Vertuo. Poor company policy!!!
