Beware of this Lemon Model 🍋

I have had 3 machines in less than 2 years. Luckily they were under warranty but this is a terrible product. Very surprising they keep selling this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Machine will not turn on

I have only owned this machine two weeks, and it is already broken. Two weeks ago, it worked. I went away for one week and when I attempted to make a cup of coffee, the machine would not turn on, after following all posted instructions and many attempts. I now have an expensive, broken Nespresso Next taking up space on my countertop. This machine is NOT worth the money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Frequent Errors

My machine blinked error after error. Once I finally reached an assistant, they gave me a list of things to try. I have no time for this and I will be buying a different brand.

The ideal gift for coffee drinkers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Nespresso. I have one at my vacation house and my niece who was visiting loved everything about it! I decided to purchase this machine as a mother's day gift for her. This will be the second time I have gifted a Nespresso machine with a few sleeves of Nespresso to friends/ family. Thanks for such a great product and thoughtful item to gift for coffee lovers anywhere.

I got this machine for my birthday a couple of years ago, and I love it! The hundreds of different flavoured pods makes it easy to have different coffees! It’s easy to clean; but it’s unfortunate that we have to buy another product that can only clean the machine twice, the we have to re-buy the product… but overall, love this machine!!

Best pod coffee machine

I had a Keurig for quite a few years before buying the Nespresso, and it was great for my husband who just likes a plain cup of coffee. But I prefer to make lattes. Unfortunately, an espresso maker is out of my budget. This machine is amazing, my favorite pod is the Starbucks blonde espresso shots. I’ve had it for years and it still works perfect

Delicious strong coffee mad convenient!

I cannot rave enough about my Vertuo Plus Deluxe. It makes amazing, strong coffee in just a couple minutes. The pods make it so convenient. The machine itself is sleek and not too loud when operating. It’s also easy to run a cleaning or descale cycle.

Kind of a bummer

Bought this two months ago, does not work consistently. Often the coffee pours down around the edge into the waste bucket, other times it does not brew and gives red error light. Seems like it should be easier to close with a single motion.
