Terrible machine

Didn’t even work for one year. Called support numerous times and it works after going through troubleshooting for a few days and back to square one. Don’t buy this awful model. Have no complaints about coffee though!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Obsessed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently bought my Vertuo next and i am obsessed! I’ve saved so much time and money by making cafe style beverages at home! It’s been really fun to try new recipes and it’s beyond easy with the Next. Very happy with my purchase.

Plagued with Issues

These machines will give you nothing but problems. Look anywhere online. Leaks, errors, etc. I bought two and have had them replaced twice and finally went with an Evoluo instead. It's borderline criminal they're still selling this model. The good news is when they break Nespresso is pretty good about replacing them.

Not Good when machine stops working there’s nothin

I bought this machine one year ago for our trailer. It lasted one year. I tried descaling it does not work anymore.

We are splitting our time between two states and I meant to bring my nespresso machine with me and forgot it. I love this machine so much that we decided to just buy a second one for the next 6 months! It is a part of my daily routine and I love how easy it makes my morning coffee experience.

I love my Vertuo plus in matte black. The coffee is great. I love that I can make multiple sizes. It’s quick and efficient. I find it easy to clean and haven’t had any major issues in the almost four years I’ve had it.
