Great Machine with Size Options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just love this machine. We were in the market for a new coffee machine and we’re going around on a larger brew coffee machine and a single serve with some flexibility. This Vertuo Next is just right for us. We love the variety of coffee options and size options. We’ve actually started drinking less coffee daily since each cup tastes so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing

I rarely write reviews especially unfavorable ones, but I feel inclined to warn people about the problems I’ve had with the Verturo Next. Currently on my third replacement of this machine since May of 2023. The first one lasted a complete year before displaying a red light that was determined unfixable. I was sent a replacement, and that 2nd machine lasted a total of 2 months, wouldn’t turn on, no error lights, nothing. I treated it like an infant, carefully cleaning and flushing it weekly. Just received my 3rd replacement machine and truly hoping that 3rd times a charm. If the coffee this machine brewed was spectacular maybe I wouldn’t be as disappointed in my purchase, but it is not. Would recommend a different machine to anyone considering.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nespresso Coffee

Perfect machine for your lattes or black coffees. Super easy to use and tastes amazing. I love the simplicity and how quickly I’m able to get my morning coffee. Only issue is that I don’t really enjoy the cleaning cycles. I had to watch YouTube tutorials on how to do it but was able to figure it out eventually. The pods may be a little expensive too so 4/5 stars.

So worth it!

I’m so glad I switched out my Keurig for this! I can have a regular cup of coffee or make my own speciality lattes here at home. The coffee pods taste amazing! It’s pretty easy to maintain this machine too. Hands down, my favorite appliance in my kitchen.

Bought this machine 7/1/24
Returning it today, 7/28/24
It was great until it wasn’t. Quit working in less than 30 days. Called the help line( someone answered at 5:30am on on sat !) and after 30 min of troubleshooting they determined we needed a new machine. They offered to send us a new one but will be going into Nespresso store today to get a different model

Probably the best coffee pod machine out there

My husband and I have been using our Vertuo Plus for a little over a year now. I love the sleek design of the coffee machine and that you are able to place the water tank behind, to the left or to the right of the coffee machine. It makes the Vertuo very versatile and suitable for bigger or smaller countertops. You can find a capsule holder in the back of the machine. The machine drops the capsule into the back for easy disposal. It’s also relatively easy to clean, but I would recommend taking a cloth and cleaning the inside of the machine regularly. Also make sure to keep the machine open after brewing a cup of coffee to avoid mould. The capsules come in a various amount of sizes from espresso shots to americanos. Nespresso has also got a wide variety of pods to offer in all of the categories.
We love the convenience of the Vertuo because you just grab a pod and in a matter of minutes you have a freshly brewed espresso or cup of coffee. I would recommend this machine to anyone who is in the market for a pod machine.

Not bad but not great

We’ve had this version of Nespresso for years now, but it’s our second machine and it’s not working great again.
They say because it spins at such a high speed? But it’s SO loud when it brews that it almost sounds broken.
Also I hate how you have to practically shove the piece over to lock it in place yo brew. The design just isn’t that great.
Other than that, it brews a good cup.
Just wish there were more coffee options and it brewed hotter
