I was gifted this machine in 2018 and the only reason I am not giving it a 5 star is because it just gave out on me with an issue that either required I send to a repair facility or replacement. It lasted close to six years however and I won't say I was always the best with regular maintenance. Sad that it stopped working but glad to have had it for as long as I did.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I recently bought a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, and it was just a hit! Firstly, it looks amazing - I have a black version, and this colour makes it especially stylish and elegant. The black body adds minimalism, so it fits perfectly in the kitchen without overloading the space.
As for coffee - everything is also top notch here. The machine makes different cup sizes, and the capsules with aromas are very diverse. The coffee comes out with a thick foam, like in a cafe, and you can choose the strength and volume of the drink to suit your mood. It is very easy to operate: one button, and in a couple of minutes aromatic coffee is ready.
Nespresso Vertuo is for those who want to enjoy coffee every day without spending a lot of time. If style and quality are important to you, I definitely recommend it!

Nespesso Vertuo machine I love their style design and stunning color. Easy to use. Works fast. I like to use this machine for morning coffee. Fresh, easy, different flavors. The cleaning process is not difficult.

Creamy coffee

I got this as a gift and while the coffee is good it is a little loud so hopefully it’s far away from anyone who may still be sleeping. I love the rich creamy taste the coffee has after brewing but I just found it too expensive to use daily especially when sometimes I have two cups of coffee a day! But it does truly make great coffee and holds up well I just wish the pods were a bit cheaper and the machine was a bit quieter

Horrible machine but love the coffee

I'll start by saying I love the coffee when my machine works but the machine itself is very unreliable and from reading other reviews and reddit threads im not alone.
have had nothing but problems with this machine since I bought it I'm always having to run the cleaning cycle (sometimes daily) and waste pods when this happens. I attempted to download the app to be able to see in advance when it needs to run a cleaning cycle and was told it was not compatible with newer phones. I'm so frustrated it's not longer worth trying to constantly fix. I would suggest trying a different machine over this one.

If you asked me what I would rate this 2 years ago I would say 5/5 but unfortunately it is now a 3/5. I have had so many issues with pods getting stuck and taking forever to work. My Nespresso now just sits in my pantry and I use another brand instead. I wish these were easier to fix and easier to contact support to figure out what’s wrong but it’s incredibly difficult.

good coffee, poorly made

This is not a great product. While it makes fantastic coffee, it is very poorly engineered. It very often does not work properly.
The main issue is that it will suddenly not brew on a given morning.
I have no problem following the descaling instructions but why, why, why not just have a descaling button?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
