Sad love story

I was in love with my Vertuo Next Premium Black Rose Gold,
but what a disappointment, after a short time it stopped working,should I go back to Miele?

Broke after a year

This is my second machine that Nespresso replaced because my first one broke. Unfortunately after a year of the second one, it broke again. With how expensive these machines are, they shouldn’t be breaking after a year or two of usage. I guess it time to go back to a Keurig
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Highly Recommended!!

I’d take this over a normal keurig any day of the week. Everyone in my family has one of these. Works just as well as a keurig and is just as fast in the morning, but the cup of coffee you get is head and shoulders above a normal kcup. I really don’t have anything against keurigs, the convenience is great. But you take all of the pros of a keurig and add in a better quality cup of coffee, and you get a nespresso vertuo machine. Highly recommend!

Amazing little machine

Love my nespresso vertuo that were most likely going to upgrade! I have one in my office and one at home, perfect espresso every single time I can’t even drink regular coffee anymore because it tastes so watered down to me. And this is the smallest one they have I believe. So far, love the melozzio boost and the collab with oatly

Darn hard to ooen

It’s become almost impossible to open to load a pod. I’m the only one in the house strong enough to get it to open and even then it’s a major challenge. I’ve tried looking closely at the closing mechanism. Cleaned any residue or deposits and even sprayed a little silicone which helped for a short time.
Love the coffee but not sure if I want to continue to deal with this.

Worth the money!

I absolutely love my nespresso vertuo!! Makes great quality coffee, brews fast, and little to no clean up! Open the lid, and it flips the old coffee pod out, to put the new one in! Detachable water reservoir is very convenient as well.
