Nespresso, you KNOW this machine is garbage.

’m extremely disappointed with this Nespresso machine. After only 13 months of light use (about 1 cup per day), it completely stopped working. I took great care of it, regularly cleaning and descaling it, so it wasn’t neglected. Out of the blue, the motor just broke, and now I’m stuck with 50 pods I can’t use. Given how short the lifespan was, I won’t be buying another Nespresso machine again. Very frustrating experience.
FYI - cleaning this machine was a real chore. It was near impossible to thoroughly clean the top (where the spikes are). If you don't keep this near spotless, the residue from the coffee accumulates and makes the top difficult to open and close. Additionally, there are some small gaps in the machine and coffee somehow gets into these crevices and just sits. When you tip the machine to clean it (water reservoir and empty pod holder both removed), coffee drains all over. My machine would drain old coffee OUT of the water reservoir intake. Disgusting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Greatest coffee machine! Brews smooth and delicious coffee! Very durable machine, and easy to descale! Worth the money for sure. You can order lots of nespresso pods right from their website!

This is the best coffee machine, hands down! I look forward to my frothy tasty coffee. Very easy to use and it doesn't take long to make. It comes with the frother to make cold foam! So many pods of coffee flavors you choose from too.

Best purchase for a coffee and espresso lover! Eve

I bought this as a college graduation present to myself two years ago and consistently use it almost every single day! I love using it to make myself my own iced coffees, shaken espressos, macchiatos, and lattes! Nespresso has so many options available so I really believe there’s a little something that caters to everyone’s flavor profile!
The espresso pods pull very quickly and take less than a minute, so when I’m in a hurry in the morning to make a drink I’m still able to whip up something pretty fancy on my way out the door!
It’s definitely been worth the investment and I’ve gotten plenty of my money’s worth out of it and will continue to in the future! By the time it reaches the end of its life cycle I will definitely purchase a future model!! I have become a Nespresso fan for life!!

They don't come out good

I have bought 3 machines of the same model and their useful life is 2-3 years maximum, with the first two I thought it was a luck factor for it to say so little but with this third one I found that they are not good since the last two stopped working after descaling them despite using the original products and following the instructions. I do not recommend it, you are going to waste your money if you want equipment that lasts more than 3 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really love this coffee machine. The Nespresso Vertuo Plus is amazing! It makes rich, smooth coffee with a perfect crema every time and super quiet. Super easy to use and clean. Totally worth it for coffee lovers! Definitely recommend it!
