This machine is a great addition to my machines. It comes very close to my fancier esspresso machine. I love the nesspresso coffee line. Great flavors. Very easy to run.

Frustrating and high maintenance machine!!!

I was given this machine as a gift only two years ago and I was so excited. Unfortunately, it stopped reading the capsules only a few months after owning it. I had to jump through multiple hoops to get to working again (rinse, factory reset, unplug, wipe down, sing to it, etc.). Over the past two years this issue happened every few weeks. I was meticulous about cleaning, descaling, and keeping software up to date. When it works it’s great but it is the most frustrating machine I have ever owned. I had to call support twice. The last time they were very unhelpful and wanted me to use a brand new capsule to brew to troubleshoot (sure I’ll throw more money in the trash!). Before this machine, I had a Keurig for 12 years without issue! I’ll be going back to Keurig.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As a former everyday Starbucks girl, the Nespresso machine changed my life! There are so many flavor options and it’s so easy to brew! I found so many videos on how to make different coffees too!

Best pulled espresso and coffee for a quick vup of coffee. From pour over to iced to espresso martinis, we've done it all and it saves so much money making expensive tasting coffee at home.

Nespresso Coffee is a Hug in a Mug!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older model Jura machine that broke. I decided to try Nespresso..and was Blown Away! The ability for the machine to read a bar code and measures out the amount of oz/cup and the flavors..WOW! Very Impressed! Each cup has felt like a," Hug in a Mug". I get excited when trying new flavors, and now I'm experimenting with coffee recipes. I'm beyond Happy with this purchase!

Easy to use, great selection of coffee and large water reservoir. Makes a quick cup in no time and easy to fill and empty the used capsules. Love it
