Amazing Coffee!

Makes delicious espressos

After trying this out at a friends house I had to buy my own. It’s very simple to use and makes absolutely amazing espressos, comparable/if not better than most coffee shops. The only downside is the noise the machine makes, it’s much louder than any other coffee maker I’ve tried while brewing. However, overall a great product!

However, we understand the operating noise coming from your machine is not to your satisfaction, and we're happy to provide some tips to help alleviate your machine issue. It is normal for all Nespresso machines to make some noise during operation. Please keep in mind the following factors that may be contributing to the noise:
• New machines with brand new pumps will produce less noise over time.
• If operating without water in the tank, the pump will be louder.
• The machine should be stable, with rubber feet on the bottom. If any rubber feet are missing it may cause an abnormal vibration.
• The ideal surface for the machine should be solid and flat such as hard wood or a granite countertop. Sitting your machine on top of a rubber mat or folded kitchen towel will help eliminate the noise.
For best maintenance for your machine, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week.
The Pixie comes with a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting support through Nespresso.
