Horrible purchase

Easily one of the worst purchases of my life. I mean it looks nice on the counter but so would a really expensive paperweight.
I have been through 5 of these in about 2 years - 4 were replaced under warranty.
Now my 5th one takes 3 cycles to make a single cup of coffee. The fun part of this is that I now have a cute water feature on my counter that spews lukewarm water!
Avoid at all costs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe Bundle is perfect for anyone who values speed, convenience, and consistent quality. If you’re okay with the cost of pods and prefer simplicity over customization, this machine is a fantastic investment. This is my Nespresso machine over the years, brewing 4-6 pods a day of all sizes on weekdays and weekends multiple for espresso martini's!

Loud and broken 2x in 3 months

original one was great and quiet. new one has broken twice in 3 months and is extremely loud. hoping this was a bum machine and not the norm for new ones

This is easy to use very high performance very high-quality very functionable also very versatile. Love the size the speed very easy to clean maintain. I love that I can make hot water for my tea or a cup of coffee from this one simple machine. I love this a lot.

Great coffee that satisfies everyone’s preference. I like making lattes with the milk frothed while my wife enjoys regular coffee. When family visits, there are so many options everyone ends up very happy and without the inconvenience and expense of going elsewhere for their favorite drink.

Vertuo Next LEAKS, Flawed design

I bought the Vertuo Next. Within a few months it was leaking all over my counter when it was turned on. Nespresso replaced it. A year later the new one Nespresso sent me started leaking and then stopped working. There is definitely a design flaw. The coffee pods are expensive enough, so I refuse to buy another machine. I put the machine away hoping Nespresso will fix the design flaw and replace my machine. I spent a lot of money on the coffee pods. If Nespresso wants my business they will replace my machine and I will continue to purchase coffee from them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Life Saver!

Had this for almost a year now & this setup is the best! Not only does it say my mornings every day, but it also saves space on the counter! It is so easy to clean. Easy to use and all you have to do is just add water, pop the pod in, & press the power button! With 3 under 3, & needing a quick pick me up to make coffee fast.. this is it right here!
