Very nice machine but "smart" features need work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine looks great and works very well. However, I do believe the "smart" features need some work. I can connect the machine to our home wi-fi and my smartphone app. It says everything is connected, but when I try to communicate with the device over my phone to run descaling or cleaning features, I get an error message trying to connect to device. Very frustrating.

Already Disappointed

I just bought this machine & I’m already anticipating for it to break prematurely… I have seen the same comments about this particular machine eventually breaking in less than a year on two different sites. I hope they fixed this issue recently.

The quickest and best way to make a latte!

Love how easy and convenient this machine is! Finally asked for and received one for Christmas this year and I haven’t even been to Starbucks since. Also love how easy and quiet the frother is to use. The Nespresso machine itself is also pretty quiet. Seems to be built pretty sturdy and holds a decent amount of water in the reservoir. The machine isn’t too heavy if you need to move it from area to area it is definitely doable but weighs more than a keurig or normal coffee pot. So happy I got this machine and if you don’t think you will use it daily like I did, I promise you will so just make the big purchase and buy it. You will love it too! 😊

Saves me money!

I love using my Nespresso!!! Ever since I got it two months ago I haven't gone to a coffee shop to buy a six dollar coffee - which I used to do at least three times a week. This will helping me save a lot of money over time and it tastes delicious. I could never make my coffee taste "right" when I'm at home until I bought this. My favorite pod has been the Bianco Doppio which is one of the samples in the sample pack that it comes with. I like that I can make a latte super quickly and the espresso always comes out with a perfect crema on the top. It's super easy to clean and maintain as well with the descaling kit that you can buy from their website.

Leave Starbucks behind! Nespresso rocks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Newpresso experience has been AMAZING! We frequent the store in Scottsdale for the “full” experience with taste testing and seeing what’s new. My husband’s Starbucks habit has been almost squashed - he much prefers his Nespresso flavor - and it’s easy enough to grab on the way out the door. The frother makes amazing lattes and gives my creativity happiness!
