Failed after a year. Outside of warranty offered 35 percent towards a new machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love!

I love my new nespresso! It came with 3 sleeves of coffee and a sample pack. I have seen reviews to how it doesn't get hot enough and I had that problem until I started frothing all my creamers. Even if it's a creamer that I know doesn't froth it heats up the creamer before getting put into the coffee so then the coffee or espresso doesn't get cold. I prefer the smoother less strong coffee's but so far all of what I have tried has been smooth with no bitter taste. I love that the machine is smaller since I dont have much counter room and I love that it takes out the used pods on its own and stores them until you empty out the little storage bin. I would highly recommend!!

We bought this two years ago. Only use filtered water and it is just my spouse and I using it (2 cups/day). We have the dreaded flashing red light, will not brew, tried all the steps with descaling, cleaning sensor etc. Ordering a different model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Way better flavor, but could be hotter

If you like a strong non-diluted coffee taste with a foam top, then throw away your keurig, and get a Nespresso machine. The difference is night and day and I will not go back. The only thing that I would change is to make the temperature hotter, but that's my only criticism.

I really enjoy my Nespresso Next. It’s super easy to use and makes great espressos and coffee. The coffee comes out smooth, and I love having different pod options to switch things up. It heats up fast . it’s a great little machine that makes my daily coffee routine simple and enjoyable. Only thing I would change is I wish I could adjust the temperature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using a Nespresso for more than a decade. The coffee, espresso, and fancy drinks I make are so delicious as well as economical. I had the original Vertuo machine and brought it to work… so I needed another one for my home. I chose the Vertuo Next. It is simple to use and like the original makes all the sizes and styles. I love it!
