Not as reliable as Keurig

It worked for a while and all of the sudden it stopped turning on. Just won't work and nothing happens, I am left with brand new pods that I can't use. I always run the clean cycle and do all the maintinance. They won't even let me send it back for it to be fixed, not as reliable as my keurig.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love it so much it has saved me so much money. 10/10. I never want to buy coffees out anymore because of how good the coffee is. The pods are also delicious.

Quick/convenient morning coffee

I truly like this espresso machine because it lets me enjoy a variety of pods with different flavors; super quick and super convenient. In the morning, it only takes me about seven minutes to make my latte and I’m ready to go. It’s a perfect option if you want something fast, easy, and hassle-free!

Great Cup of Coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love love love this machine. I can finally have a full flavored cup of coffee from a coffee maker. I used to buy The Keurig and I thought if was giving me a good cup of coffee until I had some coffee made from Vertuo. The taste was bold and full flavored where I felt my Keurig was water down. I ended up buying my mom a machine as well.
