Easy to use!

I love that refill pods can be purchased at stores local to you and don’t require online ordering. The machine is pretty compact and easy to clean. Drinks don’t take long to make and come out nice and hot. Love that they have fun attachments and frothers you can purchase if desired. Would recommend to those looking for an affordable home espresso making situation.

One small downside is the water tank size, which is a bit limited and requires more frequent refills, especially if you use it often.
In terms of performance, this machine delivers consistently good results. It heats up quickly in about 30 seconds and brews coffee or espresso with just one button, making it perfect for busy mornings. The coffee quality is rich and smooth, with a thick crema that makes it feel like a café-style drink at home. The ability to brew different cup sizes is also a big plus, giving flexibility depending on your mood.

Great machine but pods hard to find

This coffee maker has a lot of versatility to make coffee, espresso, etc. the flavors of the pods that were sent with the machine were quite good. My issue is that I don’t see Nespresso pods in my local stores and that’s a definite negative for me. They can be ordered via the app and other retailers online

Happy with my upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing upgrade from our previous Vertuo, which we got secondhand 3 years ago. We love the convenience of great coffee for a fraction of what you would pay at a coffee shop, but even more convenient. Love the app connection features and warnings, it is still a very simple app, so I look forward to having more features in the app, like cleaning cycles and more recipes!
