[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new Nespresso. Unfortunately it quit working but the customer service has been exceptional, waiting for the new replacement. Can't get it fast enough. Didn't know I wasn't really drinking coffee until Nespresso.

Most convenient coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never been a big fan of the coffee pods until I tried the vertuo pods at a friends house. My wife and I love the different blends and the convenience of just putting in a new pod and pushing start. All of the blends and flavors we’ve tried have been great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't love this machine more. It only has one button, so it's completely idiot-proof, it recycles the used pods for you, and it's nearly entirely quiet while making you the most delicious espresso.

The sample pack was so helpful in narrowing down what we liked, and the coffee was so good we’ll be buying a second machine when we move this one to the Airbnb :) Really appreciate the easy recycling program as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using slow pour coffee for years and purchased the Nespresso Virtuo Plus due to visitors coming. Wasn't sure I would like it, but I absolutely love the thick creama on top of the coffee and the range of coffee selections. The smart machine figures out what size to pour based on the pod type - and you can change it to your own selection if you wish, but I haven't needed to do that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already own a Vertuo plus, and have enjoyed it so much that I bought the same machine for my boyfriend! The coffee is so smooth and lovely. I have yet to come across a flavor or strength that I do not enjoy. I love that you can typically get a free mug set or other nespresso item with coffee orders!
