I’ve been putting off buying this for so long and I’m so glad I finally pulled the trigger and bought this machine. I haven’t bought coffee in a local coffee shop and I go back for more than just 1 cup a day. Best purchase ever!

Smooth coffee

I have had my machine since December of 2018, almost 4 years. This machine has almost been flawless. There were only 2 times i have had problems and they were both an issue of not getting out of descaling mode. Each time i have called customer support they have helped me through my issue, very kind, and were patient with me. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
