Vertuo Next LEAKS, Flawed design

I bought the Vertuo Next. Within a few months it was leaking all over my counter when it was turned on. Nespresso replaced it. A year later the new one Nespresso sent me started leaking and then stopped working. There is definitely a design flaw. The coffee pods are expensive enough, so I refuse to buy another machine. I put the machine away hoping Nespresso will fix the design flaw and replace my machine. I spent a lot of money on the coffee pods. If Nespresso wants my business they will replace my machine and I will continue to purchase coffee from them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great coffee at home

This model of machine is not good choice

I have two machines not working . Both were gift from my daughters my daughter tried contact to company few times and asked repair them. These machine is not last not that long. I have'nt been able to use this for long time. I don't want to recommend this . I love to send them back to company.

Keeps leaking water

I have had 3 now and they all keep leaking water after about 3 months of having it. They are a little expensive to keep having this same issue. The girl at the store informed me that this is an ongoing issue with the next model I have since it has a tendency to leak. How frudtrating!

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first.
