Not durable

Great for the 1.5 years it worked. The pods were overpriced but worth it. The machine is not worth it when you have to buy a new one every 1.5 years because Nespresso can't make a machine that is durable enough. I started looking at reviews to buy a new/different Nespresso machine, looks like they have this problem across the board.

Doesn’t brew anymore

Like the machine but now I put in a pod and nothing happened. It pokes through the pod but no water through it.i have cleaned and descaled this machine.

I am disappointed with this machine.

I bought it over ten days ago and the crop is getting lift or elevated leaving a gap. Smells like the plastic cap burnt. I noticed that this machine doesn’t heat the coffee enough.

Just ok

The style is great and it's easy to use, but I'm still returning it to the retailer. The coffee it dispenses is just not hot. It's lukewarm at best. Even with espresso, I am having to microwave it right after brewing to get it up to temperature. It's upsetting because my mom and sister have Nespresso machines (different models) and don't seemingly have this issue. I will be investigating other options.

Awful— gets stuck and won’t open

I’ve had this for a little over 2 years and it’s the worst! I can’t ever use it because it’s stuck and will not open. I’ve tried everything and when it finally does open it does it again. It’s a vicious cycle we paid all this money just for it to never work. I’ve used it maybe 10x since I got it. It’s not even worth the hassle. Just fry instant espresso, that’s never let me down.

Bad Experience in only 6 months

Got this machine for Christmas 6 months ago and have had nothing but trouble. The capsule container that pops out the previous brew has broken and it constantly has the red green light go off on the machine. This is a nightmare! Too expensive to be experiencing these issues.

Don't Get Basic Gray!

I'm shocked at how ugly the basic gray is compared to the picture...in realy life, it's amazingly cheap looking plastic.
Brews fine, but I don't like the automatic open/close feature...just one more thing that can break.
I'm going to return this, and buy something else.

Unreliable

Bought in 2021…had so many problems with the machine since then. Like girl, I’m just trying to make my morning coffee!!! Super unreliable and not worth the hassle of purchase
