[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ** I received this Nespresso in return of my honest feedback **
I really do like the light gray color on the machine and was a little worried about how it would look in the beginning but it looks fine and fairly easy to keep clean. The entire machine is pretty much plastic made as most coffee machines would be for the price. When I tried to unlock the machine to clean the area where you put the coffee pods, I did feel like the spring was a little too tight and it requires more strength than I would prefer. Could be because it’s so new and they made it more future proof. Other than that, assembly and physical exterior cleaning was very easy.
The app connectivity was honestly quite difficult and i think it stems from the fact that this machine is so new. They can definitely make it easier if they want to though. But once connected, it was a breeze. The only hiccup I had was that I was multitasking so the machine kept sleeping so it would disconnect from the app. Honestly, if Nespresso used a power efficient chip for its Bluetooth connectivity and extended the timer just a little (extra minute or so) to still have connectivity during sleep mode, it would make a big difference in usability.
Once the machine was connected and I ran a cleaning cycle, it went well except that the machine doesn’t pour straight. Even after the cleaning when I tried with a Nespresso pod, the coffee wasn’t pouring straight. It was a little tilted like in one of my photos. The overall taste of different pods is quite good and when I changed (increase) the size/volume from the app, the strength did get weaker so keeping all the settings to default is the best bet.
Onto the negatives now, the water tank doesn’t feel secure. On my Keurig, they have a tab little close to the top of the tank where the tank fixes itself to the machine instead of just relying on the bottom snapping area like this one. The coffee isn’t as hot as I would like when poured and there doesn’t seem to be any setting to adjust it. If you add milk before or after the coffee is poured, it become room temp so you have to heat the milk up very well before the coffee is poured. The last cleaning after the machine has been used up doesn’t clean very well honestly. The area where the pod is placed for making coffee (not the waste bin) still has some coffee grounds and there’s still water in the bottom which you have to get rid of through a towel or paper napkin. If Nespresso fixes these issues, then this would be a fairly easy machine to recommend. I do not like how different Nespresso machines REQUIRE different styles of pods. So that’s why I had to drop a star since are forced to use proprietary pods from Nespresso due to a barcode scanner in the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quite a fancy coffee machine for me! Im so used to fast and cheap with a different brand, that this definitely feels like a step up. I did watch the videos prior to using so I understood the machine a bit more. It heats up very fast for one thing. Each pod that you put in is a smart pod so the brewer knows how much to brew and how to make the coffee/espresso. I can definitely tell the quality is better as well. I am not a coffee snob by any means, so this is a great way to get better tasting coffee with a nice foam on top. It's very easy to use as well. I am pleased with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fast and easy way to get coffee that tastes like it was from a shop. Extremely easy to use and I like that it can hold water in the back which makes it even easier.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love coffee! Hot or iced I am a coffee mom! This Nespresso next just made me throw out my tride and true coffe pot. It's so easy to set up and use. It can make a wide variety of things like espresso, or double espresso, coffee by the mug ora giant one, even iced coffee. Just depends on which pods you get. It's quick and easy to use and clean. It even takesthe old pod out and puts it in a storage bin for you until you recycle. I've been using it to make all kinds of coffee drinks my favorite being an iced caramel macchiato. Definitely recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simple to use. Automatically dump the disposed pods into the back once you open it back up. Quickly brews and is hot. Nice upgrade from what I had before.
