Easy to use and great color for our kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased this machine and is quite attractive on our countertop in the kitchen area and the gold accents are very striking to the eye. The machine is so easy to use and preferred it over our very expensive espresso machine

Difficult Operation.

Very hard to operate for my wife, feels like too much pressure has to be applied to push down and then move the lever over to lock in. Warm up time is high compared to my first machine. Still, great coffee. I just wish I researched a bit more before buying this model a few weeks ago. I will be purchasing the Up model.

Troublesome Machine

Cleaning and descaling are difficult. I believe my machine was a lemon from the start. I doubt I'll buy another one, even though the coffee flavor and selection were good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not what I’m looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t like this model! It doesn’t feel as sturdy as my last one and I don’t like the way that it closes. My partner didn’t like how the water was in the back and it stuck out more on the counter. I returned it. However, it was sleek and beautiful.

Love that it takes different size pods

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Vertuo Next as it makes multiple sizes of coffee. The only downside is that if you want to put it in a "to go" cup the height has to be raised to accommodate a Yeti or similar vessel.

Terrible Sensors

Machine would literally glitch out due to a faulty sensor when pods are inserted. Would say this machine is extremely unreliable
