[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is easy to use and very versatile. It is also easy to clean. It makes coffee, iced coffee, and espresso. It is cafe-quality coffee at home! The brewed coffee is rich and frothy and very tasty. I would like to mention that the pods tend to be somewhat more expensive than those of other pod machines, so bear that in mind. But you are paying for the quality, which is excellent, so it’s not a negative in my opinion.

Amazing machine; careful w first cleaning cycle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for the memorial day sale and it's totally worth the money. My only complaint- the cleaning cycle before first use did not go as planned. It had stopped, so i removed the container underneath. However, when i woke up the next morning, there was water all over my counter. So pro tip-- the cleaning cycle takes longer than expected and it's not over until almost all the water is gone in your tank. Otherwise, machine is great and coffee tastes great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible Sensors

Machine would literally glitch out due to a faulty sensor when pods are inserted. Would say this machine is extremely unreliable

Love that it takes different size pods

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Vertuo Next as it makes multiple sizes of coffee. The only downside is that if you want to put it in a "to go" cup the height has to be raised to accommodate a Yeti or similar vessel.

Great Addition to Our Lineup!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wanting a Nespresso for a while but hadn’t pulled the trigger but this came at the right time!
I love that the color fit in nicely with our kitchen aesthetic and was slim enough to nestle into a corner.
We had an initial problem with water leaking out (this happened twice early on), but this hasn’t happened since. It was super easy to set up and has been doing well.
I haven’t used it enough to need to do any maintenance, but I imagine it will be similar to that of our Kuerig.

Set up as quick, and the machine is incredibly easy to use simply insert a capsule, press a button, and your coffee is ready with admit. The compact design fits well in most kitchens, and the water reservoir is easy to refill and clean.

This is a user friendly espresso machine that has a super easy set up. The appearance is sleek and I like the size of it. There is a learning curve because there are so many coffee options but I think most of them give good crema.
