Seems Great, good build quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this after a long back and forth with Nespresso after our Vertuo Next broke (for the 2nd time). Nespresso only gave me 30% off, but we had a lot of Vertuo pods to use. So far the build quality seems better than the Next. The electronic opening seems well built and not just a gimmick. It heats up quicker than the Next and actually brews larger coffee pods without erroring out! It's a little strange the Plus is cheaper than the Next, however it does not connect to Wifi for updates and troubleshooting. If that isn't a deal breaker for you, I'd pick this one over the Next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a Nespresso for a while now and I finally gave in! I bought one each for both of my sisters and they raved about it & safe to say they weren't wrong!! It's amazing, I haven't found a pod I don't like, yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i recently remodeled a room to include a very tiny efficiency kitchen with minimal counter space. this vertuo next machine fits perfect on the counter and looks beautiful! slim, minimal and delivers a great cup of coffee! definitely recommend!

Short life

Opened it on Christmas Day and it stopped working the day after New Year (today!). First it whirred and then it leaked water out of the bottom and then it shut down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
