Horrible

Going to call to get a refund. Leaks and water falls out when you open the lid. Not easy to open and close

Self destructed within 5 days of use

Awful nespresso machine, please do not buy. Customer service was wonderful though and sent me a different version of the machine, only bought this one because it brewed carafe’s of coffee. Love nespresso machines and am very happy with the replacement machine they sent me. Love nespresso just not this machine!

Coffee tastes great!

The coffee selection is amazing and the size is perfect for our small rental space.
My husband and I look forward to enjoying a cup every morning.

Broke after less than 6 months

I used this daily with no issues for 6 months, and one day it just leaked everywhere and then stopped working. Had to replace with a different model. Would not recommend.

Great Machine

So far after 6 months the unit is working great, no issues....came off the Versimo machine which was great until Starbucks decided to stop making the pods and the aftermarkets pods are nothing special. Either way very happy with the change and enjoying the different flavors, very easy ordering the pods, fast delivery and always in stock.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Randomly empties the full tank when making coffee

Haven’t had this machine long and it’s gone through a period of not working at all followed by now it will randomly drain the entire tank when making coffee (but not every time, extremely random). I have a pixie as well that has run beautifully for six years now but this machine has nothing but problems. I’m just trying to get through the coffee already purchased before getting rid of it.

Loved, but broke.

Great machine for a year, didn’t use much but died a little over a year in. Apparently thi has happened to a lot of people recently. Weird. Like they all fizzled out at once. Called customer support and they are sending a new one. Hopefully this one doesn’t break. Thought this coffee was the best, but I’ve never had a machine that cost this much stop working, ever. But customer service was great so at least they helped h like most companies!

For best maintenance for your Vertuo Next, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use, run the Clean Cycle once a week to eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit, and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week.
