I bought my first 3 months ago. I love the flavor and the creamy rich coffee. It is a guilty pleasure. No more Dunkin or Starbucks for me!!!

Coffee is not hot. It’s barely warm. Sadly, I’ve gone back to using my Keurig so I can have hot coffee without needing to microwave my coffee after brewing it in the Nespresso Vertuo Next.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This nespresso machine was a housewarming gift. The first machine I received was defective but Nespresso was quick to exchange and I was able to pick the rose gold machine. A littly bulky but coffee is quick, hot, and I love the receptacle compartment.

I had 5 coffees and all tasted not really good. And then it stoped working and it’s just sitting there for while
