Stopped working

We got this product as a gift. Love the coffee but it only works for 4 weeks then stopped. They are sending a new one but I have little hope based on all the other stories on here about faulty machines. Very disappointed.

Convenient and good enough, when it works

1. I got this machine from a friend as a house warming gift. Used it for 3-4 months then it stopped working. I got a replacement unit and same thing happened again. Got another replacement (different model). Still waiting to get it, but hope it will work better.
2. I would like to see a temp adjustment option because sometimes I like it hotter. Currently the temp is predetermined by the machine.
3. Customer service is great. I am not switching to another brand because of the service.

As part of your machine’s maintenance, we recommend you follow the Clean Cycle at least once a week, to rinse away any granule and residue buildup in the head of your machine. For a hotter cup of coffee, we recommend preheating your cup with very hot water to help preserve the temperature. Used it for three weeks, then it stopped brewing

I got this as a Christmas gift and got it all set up as soon as I could. It worked great for the first week, then it would take a little bit to actually start brewing (I would have to open and close the top a few times to finally get it to brew). Now it just lights up as if it’s ready, I push the button and then nothing happens. This apparently is not an uncommon occurrence with the vertuo next if you look online. Google “Vertuo next won’t brew” and you can read all the other posts from people experiencing the same thing. Really disappointed.

Breaks every couple months

The machine design is downright poor. I’ve replaced mine multiple times and have no hope that I won’t have to replace it again in the near future. Unfortunately I think it’s the best looking machine; it functions better as a decorative object than a coffee machine.

Issues since purchase

I have had issues with our Nespresso Vertuo Next since we purchased in August 2020. The issues have continually gotten worse and can only get one brew before having to unplug to reset machine. I would not recommend this product sadly because I do love the coffee it brews when it works.

Awful

I went through two of these in two months and gave up and completely switched machines. Nespresso was very kind, but I do not recommend this machine. It would glitch, pour water everywhere, stop brewing, etc.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I bought my Vertuo next in November and is was amazing for the first couple of months until I got a blinking orange light and the machine refused to work. Nespresso was amazing and sent me a replacement machine that worked for all of two coffees before never turning on again. Get a different version this one is TRASH
