Motor is done after a little less than 3 years

Nice design and typical function. I bought this machine in 2022 (3 years ago) and use it about daily for up to 3 cups/day. Super disappointed that the MOTOR is now not functional. One would think that an expensive machine like this would last longer ... I am not sure if it is this one's manufacturing. I am think ing that it is.

Disappointing machine, way too noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this machine thinking it would be more sophisticated because it’s a newer model and we liked the design but had to return it because of the terrible noise it made and the poor mechanical functionality. The return process was easy although we are still waiting for our payment adjustment. We also have ordered and received a new vertus plus deluxe and we love it.

Stop working

I bought it only two months ago and now it doesn’t working. Whenever I try to do the coffee, the machine turn on an orange light and the process stop. I can’t believe it…

We will never go back and drink any other coffee than Nespresso! The coffee tastes just like the one you would get in Europe.

Doesn't last!

I loved the coffee and was super excited about the machine. I took care of it by descaling and cleaning often. It didn't even last a year before the error messages started non-stop. The flashing orange/red light just won't quit. It should certainly last more than a couple months, especially with the care I was giving it! So disappointing.

Leaks all over

Got this after waiting 2 weeks. Was supposed to be delivered on a Friday didn't come until the following week. First thing it leaks all over the counter. Have to take the tank off when I'm done making my coffee. Had I known this I would have chose a different model. Im hoping once I contact sustomer support they will replace it as I've barely had it a week. I love it and want to be able to use it for many years to come but if this is the problem it will have I will chose something else.

Not worth the money

My husband bought me this for my birthday last year and after reading lots of reviews on it recently cause I was experiencing my machine leaking lots of water suddenly, I really wish he would’ve gotten me a different machine. I’ve barely used mine, it has sat for over 4 months because I was really overwhelmed trying to find the “the one” coffee flavor to enjoy daily. I finally found the flavors I like but the water leakage is extremely annoying as it leaves a giant puddle and my biggest gripe is it does not get hot enough. As a former barista, this machine is kind of disappointing. I wanted to love it but I see now it’s full of issues.
