Not Recognizing any pods

This was my second vertuo next the first one lasted about 3 years this one about 16 months. From reading recent reviews it sounds like I am not the only person that had this issue, in the last few days. My machine stopped recognizing any pods. I noticed in the app it says my machine needs a firmware update, could this be connected to the issues it sounds like a number of people are experiencing????
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the virtuo pop about a month ago and after trial and error I think I have it down. I like HOT coffee but you cannot adjust with these machines but if you use the right mug and not too much cream the temperature is good. I also like the large capsules for a 12 ounce cup and I’m satisfied ! The coffee is good and the machine seems to be working,I g very well
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing short life of this machine.

This machine only lasted me a year and only brews half the time. I need to unplug it a couple times and if I have time, mess with it and it may work. It is very disappointing.

Motor is done after a little less than 3 years

Nice design and typical function. I bought this machine in 2022 (3 years ago) and use it about daily for up to 3 cups/day. Super disappointed that the MOTOR is now not functional. One would think that an expensive machine like this would last longer ... I am not sure if it is this one's manufacturing. I am think ing that it is.

Stop working

I bought it only two months ago and now it doesn’t working. Whenever I try to do the coffee, the machine turn on an orange light and the process stop. I can’t believe it…
