Stopped working after less than a dozen cups

I got the machine Christmas gift from my children worked few times then it stopped. I tried instructions, online videos nothing worked I don’t know what to do with it now
Very disappointed

Vertuo machine and capsules

The vertuo decaff capsules are horrible. It’s like drinking dirty water. I would have never bought this machine if I knew they were going to stop making the dark roast decaff capsules!!!! Very disappointing!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only good for one year

This machine is only good for one year, they replaced my first one and not the second one. It’s a bad product if it breaks down after one year. Won’t be re-purchasing this one.

Five stars until last week...

We have owned this machine for just shy of 8months and have enjoyed the machine and the wonderful coffee it makes. Unfortunately this past week it began giving us two flashing lights. After multiple descaling attempts and almost a sleeve of wasted pods due to the idea the codes on the bottom rim of the pods were not reading properly with no success. How do we fix this issue? We would like our machine to work properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee is of good quality, but the virtuo machine needs to be able to brew at a higher temperature un order to allow the coffee to stay hotter for a longer period of time.

This state-of-the-art machine is designed to brew each blend to the specific programmed temperature that is best-suited to that blend, as defined by Nespresso Coffee Experts. Quality is very important to us, so the coffee brews to its ideal temperature without burning. Please bear in mind that added cold milk can decrease the temperature of the drink. Our Aeroccinos warm the milk however are designed to not exceed a certain heat level to avoid scorching. To keep coffee hot longer, we recommend ensuring the cup size is similar to the amount of coffee brewed. Your feedback will be documented and forwarded on for review.

Makes great coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of the coffee machine and the fact that it makes great , unique tasting coffee in many sizes. I love the recipes that can be made..What I don't like is that the machine will break easily and usually only lasts a year or two before having to purchase a new one...

The Best Ever

I purchased this machine on 2/3/24 after my K machine started acting up and it's so so nice. Fast coffee when you are ready and it's a perfevct fit for my coffee bar. The coffee and espresso's are magnificent. The milk frother came with it and it tends to froth the almond milk very well. The only thing I hate is that I should have purchased the DUO long time ago.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is single handedly the most annoying machine I have ever used. When you first get it without a manual you wouldn’t have clue how to do it. Even after reading the manual now my light is always red saying it’s still heating up when it’s been 15 minutes. It’s agony each morning.
