Great coffee but leaks

Worked great for a month then started leaking. Cleaned it and it was fine for a few weeks. Then came the blinking amber light. Clean, descale, clean, clean, clean and nothing. Only 18 months old and out of warranty. Seems this is an issue with this model and several others. Stay away

Though your machine’s one year warranty has expired, Nespresso offers troubleshooting the lifetime you own your machine. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have out of warranty repair and replacement options via our Assistance Service Program. Disappointing

I am truly disappointed in this machine. I bought my vertigo next last December and loved it but for the past month it has started leaking so I tried to descale the machine and now it’s stuck on the orange blinking light. Tried to do a factory reset and it won’t even let me do that. 10 months and now it’s useless

However, we are thrilled to learn you were able to speak to a Machine Expert, and a replacement machine has been arranged for you. We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Great Machine UNTIL it Leaks !

I loved my machine for the first year and a half.... then it happened.. the dreaded leaking. It only happened when I was doing either a weekly cleaning or descaling, not while brewing. I sent the machine in as it was under warranty and they replaced it with a new Next. Well..... that machine only lasted for approximately 25 brews and then IT started leaking as well. DON'T get this model. I can't believe Nespresso is actually still selling it.

I keep having brewing issues after a certain period of time despite taking extremely good care. This is my third machine in 3 years. Thankfully nespresso replaces them every time for free but there is a serious issue with this model.

Makes great coffee with lots of problems.

This machine made great coffee. But the issues I had with it were more trouble than it was worth. Not filling the cup all the way, leaking out of the bottom of the unit, red lights, orange lights and then finally it just never worked again. Idk, maybe I should have bought the one that was designed in 2014 instead of this newer one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love espresso and have had bulky espresso machines in the past but hated how much counter space they took up. i love that the Nespresso Vertuo next takes up very little room and allows me to make my own espresso without the mess .I also love that the box holds the used pods and that they are recyclable. I couldn't ask for more in an espresso machine.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Appealing Design
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Nespresso vertuo next premium. I was surprised that it came with so many different pods to try and must say it was hard to determine which was my favorite surprisingly. I normally do not like extremely strong espresso but there was not a single pod flavor or strength that I found to be to strong for me.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop
Cons: Does not have a built-in milk frother
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great coffee but totally unreliable. Wants to be cleaned weekly - really? Clean every 7-10 cups of coffee? Not particularly user friendly. And then it just stops working.
