Love the Coffee... HATE this garbage product

I have had an original Nespresso machine that I bought almost 10 years ago and still works to this day. I love it. I bought the Vertuo Next for my wife since she likes to drink big coffees. It has been nothing but headaches from day one. We're lucky if we get a month of coffee out of these things before they break. We're on our third Vertuo Next at the moment, and all of them have had consistent leaks before they ultimately stop working. Customer service was great with the first broken product and replaced it right away. After that one, they've insisted that we send the machine in for repairs, however, they cannot seem to repair these horrible garbage products. They just send us a new one to leak on our counter and break down after a month of use. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON THIS MACHINE. Super disappointed in Nespresso for continuing to sell this junky machine.

Two Vertuo Next machines in less than two months.

We received our first machine for our housewarming in November and replaced it in December. We replaced our second Vertuo Next today, December 20th after only a couple of weeks. Nespresso is now sending us a 3rd machine, but suggested a different model in its place. If you want a nespresso machine this is definitely not the one you want. Nespresso has been very accommodating and helpful, but I simply can’t believe we can’t manage to keep one machine for longer than a month. I believe this model has serious issues.

Great Coffee, Machine Didn’t Last a Year

Love the coffee and recycling my capsules. However the machine isn’t dependable, constantly needed cleaning (we have a soft water system for water quality) and the machine keeps getting stuck in defaming mode. I don’t have an hour with customer service every time I want coffee.

Thank you for your review. If your Vertuo Next machine is displaying a descaling alert prior to three months of use, you can either connect your machine to receive a software update or you can descale your machine using only water (no descaling solution needed).

Breaks down every 4-6 months

This coffee machine is great when it works. However my past two both died after 4-6 months of very light usage.

Disappointed!!

I am very disappointed !!! My daughter and I both have one and they stop working! We tried everything from descaling to unplugging it hoping it would reset. Nothing works. Should last longer than a year for the price.

Horrible

Hands down the WORST machine. Our 4th one died today after only having for 5 months. It’s too bad they can’t figure out how to build a machine that works. Do NOT buy. Not worth the heart ache.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. The worst

This one is awful. Fails after a few months. Been thru multiple units. Not sure why they still sell it. It doesnt work half the time and when it finally does it leaks coffee all over the place from the bottom. Running the weekly rinse cycle and descaling regularly doesnt prevent it from malfunctioning. I stayed on top of it after the first one failed but it still had the same problems. AVOID!

I got this for my bday. Coffee is cold, machine is constantly needing to be cleaned and descaled and STILL doesn’t work so annoying!!!
