Useless

Got as a gift. Only reason I didn’t toss after a month. Now, 4 months later, the machine doesn’t work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Avoid!

I went through 2 of these machines in 1 month. They talked me into buying a regular vertuo machine instead of the next. Let’s hope this machine lasts more than 3 days like the other ones!

Would love it forever but machine keeps on dying

My first machine stopped working after 4 months. Customer service was very helpful and sent me a replacement right away. However even the second machine died after 3 months. Really heartbroken because I love the machine so much! For my third machine, I opted for the vertuoplus. Everything is good so far but sad that it's not compatible with the carafe pod.

I rarely write reviews but now that my 2nd Next machine has died, I would like to warn everyone to not buy this machine. Within less than a year, I had one die then was sent a replacement that died in less than 2 months after receiving it. Both would not brew and blink orange twice and the second one started to leak after every two cups (before it died). Fortunately, customer service has been fantastic and is sending me another model but to avoid any frustration I would strongly suggest purchasing another vertuo machine.

Terrible Machine!!!

I bought this about a month ago--after "upgrading" from my original Vertuo machine. After only 3 uses, coffee is spurting from the top into the side tray (where the capsules fall into), and none of the espresso has any crema whatsoever. I know that this is not user error, as I had no problems at all with my previous machine. I am going to see if I can replace this machine with the original Vertuo.

AMAZING!!... when it works

I have had two of these Veruto Next Machines and BOTH have had the same problem. The brewing/cleaning button becomes completely unresponsive after a few weeks of working well. Nespresso... please fix this product. When it DID work, the coffee was amazing. The machine knew exactly how to brew each pod perfectly. However, I am extremely disappointed with the overall product. I am not the only one with this issue as I have read MANY dissatisfied customers of this product. Really hope Nespresso ensures ALL their machines in the future do not break down as easily. The literal definition of too good to be true.

Never works

It worked fine for a few months and the coffee is amazing but then it stopped working and now only lets me brew one pod a day. It just makes noise.

Ditched Peet’s and Starbucks

This is my second machine. I can customize any drink I want anytime I want it. My only complaint is the de-scaling process. I would like to see a 1 or 2 step process.. I Love my Nespresso!
I would recommend this to a friend!
