Poor design

My old vertuo machine broke and I chose this machine as a replacement. However this model design is horrible with the water container in the back of the machine. You have to completely pull the machine out from the wall to add water. And while it touts being “thin” it is way too deep for the counter and sticks out from my other machines. . I returned, huge disappointment. Would love to get my first vertuo machine back but it does not accommodate the larger pods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately we did returned the coffe maker but because the coffee was not hot at the store with the one they tried coffee it always great the one they sold to us once again the taste was good but coffe not hot it was warm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

2nd Machine So far so good

First Veruo Next machine was defective and leaked water out the side. Called customer service and they sent a replacement machine right away. No issues so far but it has only been a few days. Had the Vertuo Plus previously but liked the idea of brewing a carafe of coffee. Would love to see a cold brew coffee for this machine.

Piece of garbage

After one year, the machine won't brew coffee anymore. After meticulous cleaning and descaling, we're now stuck with a constant blinking orange light of death every time we try to brew a cup. Stay away!

Useless

Got as a gift. Only reason I didn’t toss after a month. Now, 4 months later, the machine doesn’t work.

Avoid!

I went through 2 of these machines in 1 month. They talked me into buying a regular vertuo machine instead of the next. Let’s hope this machine lasts more than 3 days like the other ones!

Would love it forever but machine keeps on dying

My first machine stopped working after 4 months. Customer service was very helpful and sent me a replacement right away. However even the second machine died after 3 months. Really heartbroken because I love the machine so much! For my third machine, I opted for the vertuoplus. Everything is good so far but sad that it's not compatible with the carafe pod.

I rarely write reviews but now that my 2nd Next machine has died, I would like to warn everyone to not buy this machine. Within less than a year, I had one die then was sent a replacement that died in less than 2 months after receiving it. Both would not brew and blink orange twice and the second one started to leak after every two cups (before it died). Fortunately, customer service has been fantastic and is sending me another model but to avoid any frustration I would strongly suggest purchasing another vertuo machine.
