Overall Good Product

Have had this product for 2 years and overall I really enjoy it. However I dread the time when it comes to descale the machine because even when I follow the instructions perfectly it never works correctly! It is very frustrating. I also feel that the froth from this machine is not as good as compared to the VertuoPlus. Overall, I enjoy still using this for my coffee every day.

Very Dissatisfied - Twice!

I bought one and within a few months it stopped working. They replaced it and within a few months the next one started leaking. Needless to say, I returned that one and went back to my Nespresso original. I was very disappointed, however, because I like the option of brewing an espresso or a cup of coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not recommend

I purchased in 2020 to be able to have a nice cup of coffee when needed. I'm a light user, keep it very clean, descaled and I'm been having consistent issues starting after only 6 months. Leaking, refusing to work, having to run clean cycle after clean cycle after Only a couple cups, black sludge leaking from the whole bottom. Only place for it now is a landfill which is just a terrible waste. Do better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to be one of thoes people who used a basic coffee pot where you make a full pot of coffee. After using this I definitely won't ever go back to using the old school ones. It is just me so I would waste more coffee than saving coffee. After using this one I am very pleased. I can make a cup instead of a pot of coffee. Was more easier than I expected as well. To clean this machine is also very easy. This uses special pods but easy to find. This also looks great in my kitchen.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Appealing Design
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After living in Italy, I have a much-expanded taste for high quality coffee and this Nespresso Vertuo Next really hits the spot. I appreciate that it comes prepared with capsules and it's super easy to use and get a high-quality coffee or espresso of your choice every morning, or in the afternoon when you need a pick-me-up.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Makes Delicious Espressos, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Appealing Design
Cons: Does not have a built-in milk frother

I purchased this deluxe model and have had this machine for about 2 years never get tired of it the coffee is always great and a very wide choice of coffee. I would not trade for any other maker alove it!!!

I forgot to add that I have never had any problems with this coffee maker have made hundreds of cups of coffee always makes the perfect cup of coffee i have had this coffee maker for over 2 years great machine

Delicious cafe style beverages

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This makes me feel so classy when I make coffee at home. I especially love drinking out of my clear Nespresso glass because I can watch all the colors blend together nicely. It was easy to setup but not straightforward to me in terms of pod sizes. I love that it doesn't take up as much space on my counter and I also love the color.
