[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the machine and the coffee flavor options, especially some of the seasonal ones. I did however have a pretty unsatisfactory phone support experience and had to be without a machine for over 2 weeks due to our original machine breaking while on a video chat with a tech and following his instructions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great coffee, Could be smoother operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea behind Nespresso machines, and the coffee is delicious. Regarding my new machine (second Nespresso machine I have owned): I wish it held a larger water tank. I have to fill it too frequently. Sometimes closing the top is very difficult, or just won't close properly, I am not sure why. I take out the new pod, examine it, see nothing, put the pod back in and this time it closes. Odd. closing the top on a new pod often is very difficult, I have to press very hard to get it to close-operation could be smoother. The last thing is, i get messages on my phone that My Nespresso machine needs attention, I have yet to figure out what it needs. lol.
I am making the machine sound bad, but I really do like the system, and idea. I love the coffee it produces. Overall I wouldn't want to be without it.. Great idea Nespresso! Maybe next machine will be a little smoother.

Where to begin...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, it's Nespresso, so it's yummy. Now if I am being completely critical. It's too loud. Way too loud. The Vertuo Plus is way quieter and essentially does the same thing without a few coffee size options. The Next is just too loud.
You need two hands to lock it on place where as the Plus is a tap on the bar.
The water tank is too small on the Next. The Plus is about 2x the size.
The Plus makes a better crema.... Way better.
If I had it to buy over again I would probably forgo the different size options on the Next and get another Plus. We moved the Plus up to the bedroom and we keep the Next in the kitchen. I don't want to hear that noise in the morning or anytime for that matter but it is what it is for now.

Best Coffee Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best coffee ever! I’ve had my Nespresso for 5 years and there is no coffee that compares to Nespresso. They do quick shipments too. I’m never going back to my Ninja or any other home coffee machine. Whenever I have people over and they have a cup of Nespresso, they all comment this coffee is so good!

Love the Coffee not the Coffee Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee maker when it spins the coffee capsule sometimes seems to be off balance and it makes a lot of noise and dumps most of the coffee in the capsule holding tray, which is the reason for my lower rating. This units life is relatively short lived.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Coffee Machine I Owned
