[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cause my Nespresso I thought died on me I cleaned 4 times still would not brew ordered this one ,came I’m looking at my other one decided to call walked me thru a step it worked she said the element was overheated been working fine since now I have 2 and love them both but my older one vertuo plus is more quiet the other sounds like a airplane and I like the one touch to open the plus but I do love the coffee both make!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Vertuo so I bought this bundle as a gift for my friend. He was very pleased with the machine and likes the taste of Vertuo coffee. I hope his machine will last a long time as mine has. My Vertuo machine is almost five years old and still going strong; never had any problems.Thanks for the great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] coffee is delicious and it is so easy to use. it does take a bit of strength to lock/unlock but other than that, I have no complaints and have been loving using it every morning! it looks aesthetic in my kitchen as well.

I got a major surprised when I got my vertuo machine and now I can make all sorts of coffee with out being overpriced… if you know what I mean…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not my first Nespresso but it is my favorite. Just the fact that now when i have people over for breakfast i dont have to make a banch of 7.7 oz, when i can just make an 18oz pod for at least 3 people.
