Love the design and functions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good coffee can make or break your day or change your mood. Therefore, it's important for me that my homemade coffee is good. This Nespresso - Vertuo Next premium machine is a game changer in how I was making my coffee at home. First of all, I absolutely like the slim and modern design of this machine. It has a Rosegold chrome finish on the top that gives it a classy look. It looks good on my kitchen counter or anywhere you put this machine on. Since it has a slim design, it takes up a very less space on my kitchen countertop, and making coffee in it is a breeze. Secondly, I like that you can make wide range of coffee's like espresso, double espresso, etc. in it without requiring different settings. Moreover, it adapts brewing parameters to each capsule automatically. I have been using it for a while and we love the taste of coffee made in this machine. I always make sure to clean the machine after each use. Its a great coffee machine.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Makes Delicious Espressos, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Appealing Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Ventuo Next and I'm in love! Dont think I can switch over to another coffee machine. I usually brew espresso's and it is strong and consistent. Saves me a ton of time and money from going out to grab coffee!

Beautiful machine

I am very pleased with my new vertuo machine. It’s simple to operate, I love the taste of the espresso pods, and I love the look of the rich brown limited color I chose!

Great machine with a small footprint

Grounds in coffee

Good coffee, but this machine started having grounds all in my coffee after a few months. I pushed through it till I couldn’t anymore. Did the troubleshooting and it didn’t work. They did send me another machine she type had it for 3 weeks and it did it all over again . They are now replacing it with a different type of machine. Hopefully I don’t have the issue again because I love my nespresso coffee and espresso. Customer service was very nice. Both times I’ve spoke with them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
