Beautiful machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to Vertuo Next Deluxe. I love the esthetics and how compact it is, it has a beautiful chrome color and more importantly coffee tastes so rich. Love the idea that it’s blue tooth enabled for future updates like adding the ability to use a larger size carafe option. I highly recommend it.

Really enjoy the Coffee, Great Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee that this machine produces is absolutely the best. I’m on my 2nd machine. The first one was difficult to open and close. Nespresso replaced it under warranty. Excellent service. The second one got clogged within the first week of use. Nespresso customer service was great again and helped me unclog it.

Concept is good, small issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love that machine is made from recycled parts. I have had 1 issue with it not working. I have to unplug it and plug it back in. It’s probably just an outlier machine this is my 4th Nespresso machine and the first that has any issues (machine changes due to international moves)

It’s a little bit of an investment up front but if you are going to the coffee shops everyday this is a much better option! Love all the versatility it has and the recipes they give you!
