[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple weeks ago and it is by far the best purchase I have ever made! I love trying new coffees and haven't had a single one that was bad. Totally worth the money.

Great coffee machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the vertuo evoluo machine, but previously had the vertuo next. Same great tasting coffee and easier to use on my opinion. I like how the water tank capacity and used capsule container are bigger.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Drinks aren’t hot enough

I love how compact and convenient this machine is, but I find that it doesn’t heat the coffee to the right temperature. It’s too cool! I wish I knew how to make the coffee hotter and then it would be perfect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for reviewing your Vertuo Next machine. Our machines won't brew as hot as drip coffee makers but should still be warm enough to be enjoyable. We recommend allowing the machine to preheat for at least 5 minutes and prewarming your cup. If you are concerned that your machine may not be operating correctly we're happy to help. I love my nespresso!! The quality of the coffee is just 10/10. Bought it so I don’t feed into my starbucks craving. Love the frother as well, it can froth both hot and cold foam!!

I contacted customer service and they quickly shipped a replacement which works lovely. I love the ease of use and ability of the machine to read the capsules and brew each one perfectly.

I am a coffee fanatic & this is the best coffee machine I’ve ever owned and the best latte I’ve ever made was using this machine! So much better than any coffeeshop or starbucks coffee i’ve ever had. I’ve only had it for a few weeks but I am beyond impressed!
