Do not buy

I bought this machine 4 days ago and have only been able to have 2 coffees. Machine gets an error that it is too hot on the first use. Called nespresso they walked me through a reset. Made one coffee after the reset then stopped again. They told me it was due either cleaning or descaling. Apparently new machines require scaling and or cleaning after first use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We've had two replacements on this and are asking for a different machine. Hopefully the next machine works.

Great for a while

I had this a little over a year and can't get it out of descaling mode. It went through about 12 tanks of water and kept going. The first one I had started leaking after about a year as well.

Worked for 2 months and then leaked everywhere

I purchased two of these machines in December and by February both machines, one at home and one at our office, were leaking water out of the the top. It was as if the intake hose was disconnected and there was no way to fix it without taking the machines apart. Our office assistant tried to facilitate the returns but it didn't happen and we ended up just throwing both machines in the trash. Loved them while they worked but it was a costly 2 months, especially have buying so many of the pods upfront.

Don’t waste your money

Do not buy a Virtuo Next machine! First two years.. you will get the most amazing coffee ever. After two years, it brews when it wants to. I’ve spent time and money descaling and trying anything I can to get it to brew. It brews one cup fine and then the next it’s another error code. And there is water coming out the bottom of the machine with coffee. I’ve heard that Nespresso knows about the issue. Incredible! And, of course, after the two years, there is no warranty!

Disappointed in Quality and Longevity

We spent a lot of money and bought this machine a year and a half ago. Have loved using it since then. However the machine is now no longer actually making coffee despite multiple attempts to reset it, descale it, clean it, let it rest. It just keeps blinking at me no matter what I do (which is also incredibly frustrating). I've followed the instructions for descaling and cleaning a few times and nothing it helping. It turns on and sounds like it is going to work but then just lights up orange again

Poor design

I was hesitant to purchase due to issues that others reported but figured I would still give it a shot. With minimal use, I had the same issues with the orange ring and the machine leaking everywhere. I had to have a replacement sent twice and who knows how long the newest one will last. I have had zero issues with my other machine, which I have owned for a couple years. None of my family members have had issues with their machines either but none of them own a Next machine. Customer service is good but if you plan on ordering this machine, I’d recommend looking into issues others have had and consider a different machine altogether.

Great coffee. Horrible machine.

I absolutely love these machines simply for the delicious coffee they produce. We can't justify buying another machine, though. We've had two different machines in two years. My husband was diligent with the descaling, but each machine died around the one year mark. I'm so sad because it is my favorite coffee. They need to make more reliable equipment for the price.
