Durability?

Had my machine for just over two years then it took a dump on me. Used it every day, however I’d expect it to last longer than two years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am on my 3rd machine as there is always grounds in the coffee which is confirmed everytime I video call the technician. I have asked for a credit to spend the amount on a more expensive machine with Nespresso which has been declined on more than one occasion.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Choose a different model!

Bought this model a few years ago. When it died about 4 months later they sent a new one under our warranty. Then the new one died about 11 months later. They were still willing to honor the warranty on that one. The person who helped us subtley suggested we get another model and they'd give it to us for the same price even though it was more expensive. So now we've had the upgraded model for well over a year and it is still going strong. I can't believe they are still selling this horrible model. It looks great and had good features. They just need to put different insides into the nice outside.

my vertuo is leaking water and got no support

I like the machine, but is pretty bad to have only one year warranty, now the machine is leaking water from the bottom and I can't get any help from nespresso, I did the cleaning but still leaking water, is so sad that they do not provide any help.

I have had my Vertuo machine since 2021. I use it every day at least once. I use filtered water and have never descaled it. No problems. Love it. Love that I can recycle the pods.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth your $$

Barely lasted 2 years, seems to be a common issue. Only one button makes it difficult specially when you want to descale.

Major Disappointment

Bought this a a replacement for my Nespresso Delonghi & it had been a total disappointment. The handle constantly sticks & this machine does not allow for you to run straight water through the lines if the machine has been sitting, you have to use a pod which is wasteful.

Worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn’t be happier! Brews hot coffee with lots of froth eliminating the need for a frother. Coffee is delicious. My only complaint is the water tank is plastic and I would prefer that it be glass. I feel like I get the same quality of coffee as a coffee house if not better!
