Leaking all over / short lifespan

I bought this for my fiancé over Christmas. It was great for 2-4 cups of coffee, now it is leaking everywhere and only pours a 5th of a cup of coffee. Unfortunately she threw out the box for the machine. Any ideas on how to return / get a refund without the box?

Good coffee, bad machine - broke after 6 months

The coffee is great, but the machine is awful. As others have said, the machine is a pain to open and close. You have to open and close it again with the same pod to get it to dispense any extra water.
About 6 months after having the machine it just completely stopped sucking in water from the reservoir. Will either need to be fixed or replaced.

We have two of these, one we have to constantly re-boot which is a hassle. The second I purchased in September and stopped working all together in November.

Beatiful machine - Not reliable

I purchased this machine in May of 2021 and got a replacement machine in January of 2022. I cannot recommend this model of machine to anyone. Although it is very pretty, it is not reliable at all. Less than a year of light use and it wouldn't brew pods, even after several rounds of cleaning and troubleshooting.

Disastrous

I too ignored the reviews, and was taken in by the aesthetics of the machine and the promise of excellent coffee. In less than two weeks, I am having the same issues as everyone else -- water leaking out of the top of the machine; sometimes it decides to brew coffee, but most of the time -- it just doesn't! Problematic for a coffee maker, considering that is its only job. I am very disappointed, and confused as to how this company appears unwilling or unable to fix these well documented and extensive issues.

Sadness!

I got this as a Christmas present this year, the coffee is really good. I went ahead and bought alot of the pods ($$$). I haven't even used my Nespresso Vertuo month and the machine has started leaking out the side. My kids lost the receipt now they feel bad and I'm out a couple hundred for pods. I read a lot of reviews regarding them leaking and with them being so popular I thought they would have fixed the issue. As of January 25, 2022 the problem still exist. I wish I would have been more cautious.

Worst machine ever

Do not buy this machine, I have had nothing but problems with it and they even sent me a replacement one so I am now on the second machine and it refuses to brew more than one cup of coffee, I had called customer service multiple times and they can always get it to work and then the next day same thing.. refuses to brew coffee and won’t even run a clean cycle but they never have an explanation for me and I shouldn’t have to do a factory reset everyday just to get my machine to work!

Defective After 1 Month of Use!

Made great coffee and foam is the icing that made it look so professional! However, after a month of very minimal usage, it stopped working. (My daughter has the exact same model and uses it daily and still working great! Maybe we happened to have gotten stuck with a dud?) I called the support hotline and the support was great. They did not have my particular color (Black/Gray) available but they will send me a replacement one (Black/Chrome) within 7 days. Phone Support was easy to work with and very courteous! I can't wait to get my replacement and hoping this will last years longer and will be more reliable! Will provide an update on the progress....stay tuned...
