The Vertuo Next needs to be recalled.

This is an excellent machine.. when it works. This is my 2nd one in just over 4 months, both stopped working. The machine would try to warm the water, and two flashes of orange light and then solid blue. This is frustrating and after researching, tons of people have had the same issue. This has got to be one of the worst model and should have never be allowed to be on the market. I don't recommend this model and hoped that Nespresso pull this from the market.

Disappointed in the Premium Cost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago for home use and I am not sure what the benefits over the less costly version is we have at our office. Other than the rose color. Also, the foam that is created is not as nice as the other machine. I love the other machine, this one not so much. Disappointed

When it works its great.

I have had my Next for a couple of months and some days it works amazing. But every once in a while, it just doesn't want to make coffee. The craft feature is great for having multiple cups. But again, I can only use the machine about half the time I want coffee.

Great Products

She encouraged me to get one so I ordered my Vertuo Next and several sleeves of different coffees and espressos. To put it mildly, I am “addicted.” I love everything I have tried and I look forward to ordering again soon.

Do not buy

We bought this almost a year ago and have had so many problems with it. Not only has it been leaking water from the bottom, it won't connect to our wifi, so we cannot update the firmware. We have tried talking this through with customer services and they were unhelpful. We really do not want to waste more money to buy a new one. Buyer beware that Nespresso has not worked out any issues with this machine.

Unfortunately these reviews are true...

My machine stopped working after descaling and cleaning. After spending hours on the phone and cleaning so many times, it still couldn't read the capsule. About a box of capsules were wasted, I gave up. They sent a refurbished replacement, and it went out after just 3 cups of coffee! Now I stuck with all these capsules with no machine. It is great when it works! I am exhausted!

Too many problems

Stay away from this machine. My third and worst machine. The top sticks every time. The cup holder too small for most cups, be prepared because it will knock your cup of coffee off since it also shakes in operation. Most cups have grinds in it. There are more problems, but I'll stop. Just don't purchase.
