Great new coffee bundle

New machine

Hi Kali. Thank you for your review. We are dismayed to learn your Vertuo Next did not meet your expectations. However, we are thrilled to learn you have purchased a different machine. We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. If you need assistance with your Nespresso Vertuo Next Machine, please do not hesitate to contact us through our toll-free number, 800-562-1465. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and lifetime troubleshooting assistance. Thanks!
