I h purchased the vertuo machine almost two years ago. Coffee is delicious!' The best you can get! The machine works perfectly every time.

Ooooh... We were just given this Ventuo Next by our daughter for Christmas and based on these common reviews of regular failures I am going to return it without opening it. I can't stand the idea of MORE JUNK IN LANDFILLS and I don't want to add to that catastrophe 😥 I'm going back to my perfect simple little Mr Coffee ♥️

Started off bad

I bought it 3-4 days ago and received it today. When I saw the box it had the grey machine on (I ordered white) the. I opened it and it was white and I was checking it out inside where the pod goes nd it had coffee stains all over it.They sent me a used machine. They even covered the color on the box with a white sticker. Thankfully customer service looked up the item and knew it had been returned so they are sending a new one. But I think I deserve some free coffee because I have my coffee machine since I received a dirty and used machine. Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter gave this to me for Mother’s Day. I was skeptical, because I am not a huge coffee drinker, but that changed, after the quality of coffee Nespresso provided. I have 1-2 coffees a day. I love it!

Received for Christmas, i really don’t care for fancy coffee. Its just another way for companies to make money. Coffee is coffee. Most definitely taking this back. Looked really lowbudget for the price. And the pods are too expensive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle weekly through your machine to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. A few months with my rose gold Nespresso Next Premium and I could not be happier. It is reliable, brews the BEST tasting coffee and espresso. I love the perfect crema every time on both and that it brews so many sizes! I have become the household barista (and for friends too)! Love how it connects to the phone and it tells me when it's due for cleaning!
I would recommend this to a friend!
