Worked great for a little bit

No longer turns on and has completely stopped working.

Use to be a keurig user..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a few good weeks and with all the varieties and the simplicity...this has been my best investment this year. I take the difference in espresso vs coffee no lingering flavors from old pods. The pods are desposed into a bin it makes for such a simple clean up and recycling option. I will no longer be a keurig user this is the only coffee/espresso machine for me !
I would recommend this to a friend!

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Perfect coffee

I got the rich brown next for Christmas. I absolutely love it! I see a lot of negative reviews but mine works perfectly at the moment and the coffee is absolutely delicious!! I also think the rich brown color is gorgeous.
