Machine will break

This thing breaks. It’s crazy how they’re still selling it. My replacement also broke.

Garbage product

This has to be the worst purchase I've ever made. The machine stopped working within 2 months and when I asked for my money back, the agent was like lets do troubleshot. You seriously think I have not done all of that. Please do not buy this, you will regret.

Defective model

This model of Nespresso has many issues. I had my machine for less than a month and it stopped working. I would not recommend.

THE WORST TRASH EVER

After 4 months, the machine was just brewing a random amount regardless of the barcode information of the pod or it just didn't brew at all. Plus, random color LED indication (yellow, pink, grey, white, purple.....) with random intensities. After struggling for a month with this garbage, I was about to throw it away but for somewhat reason, it suddenly came back to normal, so I kept using it. After another 6 months, this machine is totally crazy right now. When I plug it, it only shows yellow, weak red, or off-LED with repetitive 3 consecutive short vibrations. Who designed this machine to have only a single button for all the operations?? If you cannot make it work, at least place the reset button somewhere in the machine. This machine is ruining my life and is total garbage. Don't buy it.

Good flavor, bad value, poor product support

I’m a long time customer that’s purchased at least 4 Nespresso machines, 3 are Virtuo. All 3 Virtuo machines could brew me a 14 oz coffee. Now none of them can. It’s because I can’t get 14 oz capsules. Nespresso discontinued the Alto supply. Those machines don’t even make a good boat anchor if you want a large cup of coffee.
So, I must order smaller capsules more frequently at significantly higher cost. I presume that was the plan of the CFO.
Machine quality is not great but they may replace one if it completely fails.
Orders can take over a week to deliver (I’m less than 2 hours drive from Chicago). Unless I really watch the sleeve count so I order over a week in advance, I have to go buy ground coffee to make a pot. Again, it’s added hassle and cost.
I am ready to invest in a proper coffee machine which will provide me with comparable flavor at a far lower long-term cost.

I’m really confused by the reviews, I’ve had mine since the first weeks of August of 2021 (it’s now February 2022) and I haven’t ANY issues so far. I don’t have any leaking and it makes my coffee perfectly! Honestly I just cleaned it today because I totally forgot to clean it after the first clean and even with 6 months of not cleaning it it worked just fine! I do make sure to use filtered water as to not cause any damage with hard water! I never read the reviews until now as I’m about to purchase one for my uncle and it goes make me nervous about how well it will last, but honestly as of now it’s a 100/100 for me, I guess we’ll see!
I would recommend this to a friend!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Was given the machine as a Christmas gift. Worked okay for a month. Now it won't even turn on. Wasted a sleeve of pods trying to trouble shoot. Spoke to Nespresso two weeks ago about the issue. They had no idea what the problem was either. After a two hour chat conversation, was told they couldn't issue a replacement through chat, so had to wait for a call. Had the phone call and associate seemed interested in fixing the issue, said i'd be sent a replacement machine in 5-7 business days. 7 business days later back to chat to ask for an update. No record in the system of the replacement ever being noted or sent. So, we're starting all over again, yay. Can order if you'd like, though can confirm there's a real chance you get a machine that breaks in a month and spend another month trying to get a replacement machine there's no guarantee will even work...Maybe try the competitor that can't be named for this to be published? Had one of theirs 5+ years without an issue, would still have my morning coffee if I hadn't thought i was "upgrading" to Nespresso. Shame on me.

Terrible

My first one stopped working, so they were kind enough to send a new one. Now that on is not working and is leaking. I'm guessing they are discontinuing this model.
