Lasted only a year.

I love that Nespresso has a recycling program for the pods, but it hurts to throw out a beautiful machine that I've had for barely a year because it started leaking all over the place and I can't stop it. I got the black/rose gold machine, and If the ratings were based on looks, I would have given five stars, but looks only go so far.

Fills Cup to Incorrect Amount

Bought a few days ago and just arrived. It came with the sample pack, and it doesn't seem to be recognizing the pods correctly as it fills the mug with the incorrect amount of coffee. 7oz pods fill mug to like 3 oz. 5oz pods fill mug to 2 oz etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review. We're dismayed to learn that your Vertuo Next machine is not meeting your satisfaction. It sounds like the machine may possibly need to be reset to factory settings. You'll find instructions on our website or in your user manual. Use a spent capsule to test the pour so as not to waste any and if you're still not satisfied, call 800.562.1465 for assistance. One of our machine experts would be happy to assist you with troubleshooting services.

Love this Machine

I've had this machine for over a two years and I still love it. I'm the only one who drinks Espresso in my house so it's perfect for when I want a cup any time of the day but can easily make a fresh cup for any one who visits or when my husband feels like having a decaf. I'd definitely buy this machine again.

So good, getting another machine

I was given this as a Christmas gift. I love it!! I had some problems, but it was all my fault for not reading the different size coffee pods. I thought for sure there was a problem when it only gave me just a shot of coffee when I thought it was a full cup. Ha, the laugh was on me. I love the coffee and being able to recycle the used pods. In fact, I love it so much I am going to buy the smaller sized machine for our mobile home. Wish I had gotten this gift years ago.

Best Coffee ever

We have been in love with this machine for more than a year. We purchased the same ones for our kids and they love it as well. Just purchased one for our contractor, who has fallen in love with the quality of the coffee. We donated our Keurig because there is no comparison if you like rich and flavorful coffee.

We aren’t thrilled with the design of this machine. We purchased this as a replacement for our old VertuoPlus machine (which we loved) and this newer design is a disappointment. The lever on top that opens the machine is clunky and feels a step back from the Plus model’s one touch automatic open. We will likely return this for another VertuoPlus.

Messy,leaker

This is the second virtual Nespresso machine that I’ve owned. The first one worked wonderfully, and I took it to work. Not sure of the model name or number, but it had a double wing top that made it easy to lock down the cartridge. This model is very difficult to Puncture and to lock the top down prior to making coffee. The coffee as always is wonderful. The main issue, however, is that it is messy. Concentrated espresso drips down into the capsule container. Even though I run a clean cycle every three or four times I use it, It’s messy in the area where The capsule fits. After ejecting the cartridge and pushing the top down to have it rest in place, it pops up unless I lock it down. Very disappointed. I would probably buy another machine except there don’t appear to be any machines that are Currently available and a different model
