First Nespresso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wanting to try a Nespresso machine for a couple of years now. My husband surprised me with one for my birthday and I love it! Super easy to use and brews my coffee so quick. The thing I love most is that it's just one cup. I leave for work early in the morning so not having to brew an entire pot of coffee is really nice. Plus, I get to treat myself every morning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Titan is better and worth a few extra bucks.

I replaced a Vertuo Titan that had stopped working with a Vertuo Next. don't like it as well as I like the Titan. The smaller base and cup support is not as secure and I have had cups fall off and break. The top doesn't seal when it is not in use. It makes the same great coffee, no complaints there. But if I had it to do again I would have bought another Titan.

Working Fairly Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this one after our Vertuo Plus began having some issues. The light on it kept turning red when we wanted to make coffee despite many cleanings and consultations with the folks at Nespresso. The Next is a little harder to operate, and after just a few cups the light started turning yellow and refusing to make coffee. I was able to fix it by unplugging it and restarting it. I have also vowed to clean it once a week and just did the first cleaning. It seems to be working well now. We saved the other one, which we can get to work with a bit of fiddling around. I like the coffee from both machines very much but could not really recommend it to a friend because of all the cleaning, calling for consultations, looking things up on YouTube, etc. It's definitely easy to use.

Not the best machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine a few weeks ago and ran into so many problems with it- it made great coffee but was a hassle to get it to work properly. I'm exchanging it for the Vertuo Plus and I'm hoping that I have a better experience with that one :)

Do not get this machine. It will work half the time until it becomes a brick. It's a known issue within the company.
